At Dhanveir V Line Shipping Private Limited, we are committed to expanding our operational capacity through the strategic acquisition of vessels across key segments in the maritime industry. Our long-term acquisition plan focuses on building a robust and versatile fleet that caters to both current and future logistics demands in the bulk and tanker markets.

Ship Acquisition

We plan to acquire vessels in a phased manner under the following categories:

  • Handy Segment: 20,000 – 30,000 DWT
  • Handymax Segment: 30,000 – 45,000 DWT
  • Supramax Segment: 45,000 – 60,000 DWT
  • Ultramax Segment: Around 64,000 DWT (modern, fuel-efficient vessels)
  • Panamax Segment: 60,000 – 80,000 DWT
  • Suezmax Segment: 80,000 – 125,000 DWT
  • Capesize Segment: Above 125,000 DWT
Ship Acquisition

Our acquisition strategy in the tanker segment includes both product and crude oil tankers

  • Handymax Product Tankers: 35,000 – 45,000 DWT
  • Panamax Tankers: 55,000 – 70,000 DWT
  • Aframax Crude Oil Tankers: 80,000 – 120,000 DWT
  • Suezmax Tankers: 120,000 – 200,000 DWT
  • VLCC (Very Large Crude Carriers): 200,000 – 320,000 DWT
  • ULCC (Ultra Large Crude Carriers): Above 320,000 DWT

As part of our immediate acquisition strategy, Dhanveir V Line Shipping will begin by acquiring Panamax Dry Bulk Vessels, aligning with current global market dynamics. The Panamax segment currently shows promising charter rates with rising trends, offering an excellent balance between investment cost and profitability.

With vessel prices still attractive and charter hire yields on the rise, this presents an ideal window for acquisition. Our initial focus will be on vessels with the following indicative specifications:
